This company is terrible! I should have believed in the existing reviews before wasting my time. Had a screen call, a coding challenge, and a system design interview. The process went smoothly, passed them all. Then I got an email asking me to share my availability for a hiring manager interview, which was supposedly the last step before an offer. I shared, then they simply ghosted me. I even waited ~20 days before posting this in case someone was on vacation, but that wasn't the case. I emailed the recruiter, previous interviewers, and even tried to reach out to people on LinkedIn in hopes of an answer. No success! If you're considering interviewing for this company, think twice.

This proctored test, while efficient for the company, felt impersonal. The evaluation criteria were unclear, and the platform's focus on strict code completion, even for tasks requiring language-specific documentation lookups (like Kotlin), seemed overly rigid. Ultimately, I was rejected without any feedback. Looks like the company prioritizes algorithmic scores over individual merit... potentially missing out on valuable talent. While I understand the need for efficient hiring, relying solely on algorithmic scores from third-party platforms doesn't accurately reflect a candidate's potential or value. I'm hesitant to pursue opportunities with companies that don't invest in personalized assessment.
