First round is HR screening call. After which an assessment was sent with a 2 day deadline. Assignment was to Revamp their Web homepage. Submitted the assignment but the feedback was negative despite doing my best. After a week, I noticed that one of my suggestions in the assignment was implemented by them. Very unprofessional.
