Multiple "rounds," they tell you not to ask about compensation, it is really just a sales job where you are expected to make sales in retail stores for commission pay

Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Plugd.

I should have read reviews before applying and "interviewing." A little sketchy. Even more so after I read that it may be an MLM. I applied through LinkedIn and got an email the next day asking for an interview. I scheduled a ZOOM call and was told to dress professionally. I logged into the ZOOM meeting to find 8+ other candidates for a multitude of jobs in the same interview. Everyone was muted and the CEO was the only one to speak. The CEO seems super nice, but I couldn't get over the fact that I took hours to get ready while another guy on the call was currently in the midst of working construction while the meeting was taking place.

Don't apply. It's sketchy. I researched the company and it's clearly an MLM. It is obviously not a marketing and PR job. They use industry buzzwords to trick recent grads into applying. It's not worth it. The interview process is entirely too easy for it to be legit. There are also connections to SOHO.
