One trail day and had a discussion with the HR. It's really fast, almost felt like they're not thinking deep enough before hiring staff members. Basically, flyering in the morning, lunch delivery in the afternoon. Depends on your performance, they would decide if they want to have you or not. Then they would have one on one interview with you.

Entrevista
Online interview via Google Hangouts. Trial work day in district assigned by interviewer (salary included). Debrief session with the district operations team. (Provide comments, feedback, suggestions on improvement). Face-to-face interview with country head/CEO.
