I submitted my resume online and was called later that evening to come in the next day for an in-person interview. That day, I was asked a few easy questions and shadowed a few of their meetings. At the end of the day, my manager told me that I would be hired on as an Intern/Associate Client Partner for the month of December and my career development from there would be determined by my performance during the month of December.
