The interview process consisted of three parts. The first part was a phone call interview with a recruiter who asked general questions about myself and what I liked about the company. The second part I was able to speak 1 on 1 with a software engineers at the company on Zoom. They asked mainly about past projects on my resume and more algorithm based questions to get an idea of where my programming skills are. The last interview was a online technical interview with a software engineer at the company. This interview was less about what I know and more about how well I work with other members of a team. Overall, I enjoyed my overall interview process. It felt less about how good of a programmer I am and more about how I can adapt, learn, and contribute to a team environment.
