The entire process was conducted either over the phone or video conferencing. I had submitted my resume and heard back within a few days. After a phone screen with the recruiter, I met with the Department Head then the hiring Manager and finally 2 other members of Sales Org (Regional Manager and Sales Engineer). The recruiter did a great job to check in and provide answers to any questions along the way. Great experience... and why I chose this opportunity over another offer I had on the table.

I applied online and got a mail within 2 days. A Skype call was scheduled with a recruiter after another 2 days. I did thorough research on the company , it's culture , competitors and ensured I understood the PD properly. The call went on well. Lasted 30 mins. Was told I d get feedback in 2 days. Never heard back. I followed up twice in two weeks. Was told they were still looking at applications. Then after exactly 20 days , I got a mail saying I wouldn't be progressing to the interview. Big talks of culture and leadership. Disappointed.
