Interview process and experience was awesome. It's been an honor for me to give interview with such Renowned Organization Thanks Pluralsight and team for giving me a good confidence and selecting me.

3 rounds: * 1st: Initial recruiter screening followed by a take home challenge. Take home challenge isn't too hard, you get to pick 1 of 3 scenarios to choose from. * 2nd: Technical screening on Zoom. Questioning was pretty standard, not one question about the challenge. * 3rd: 3 hour Zoom block - 2 hours with 2 separate panels, 1 hour with hiring manager. Most of the questioning was pretty standard. I was asked only 1 question about the challenge in the whole 3 hours. The two panels went well. The hiring manager seemed to just being going through the motions. I was ghosted and never even received a rejection email.
