Was contacted by the recruiter. Low balled on range and I could hardly believe it was accurate so I agreed to take the next step just in case there was a mistake. I even it discussed it with the recruiter. The interviewer seemed to not have gotten the memo on that. There was no clear interview process, interviewer was not prepared and showed up late.

Nothing that really stood out in anyway. other than wanted me to ask all the questions. I asked about one of their direct competitors and they didn't seem to know much on them.
Shorter than average, the managers seemed they wanted to help me get the job, rather than eliminate me. Feedback was given at the end, and was very helpful. Good experience.
