Entrevista
The interview process was solid—structured but approachable. It involved multiple rounds with Directors, a final presentation, and a conversation with the VP. Nothing overly complex, but you still needed to be sharp. The recruiter played a key role in making things easier—clear communication, timely updates, and real prep support.
What stood out most was the expectation to clearly articulate the impact of your work: not just what you've done, but how it ties to broader business value and how that will translate into success in the role. The process was streamlined and efficient, but don't mistake that for easy—you still need to show up ready.
Shortly after the final round, the recruiter reached out to connect, which kept things moving quickly.

Referral and then interviews with hiring manager, fellow CSM’s, Sales leadership and discussion with talent rep. All very easy to interact with and ask as many questions you need to get a better feel for culture and role.

There is several stages during the interview, first HR interview, then cognitive test, manager interview, case study and finally the background check.
