What a desirable place to work and spend the rest of my career. If I am unfortunate to be part of this company I am sincerely would like to join voluntarily. Lots of obstacles to pass through before you can be a fully Plus employee as was explained in the onset of the process by Amber but I do understand as they want the best and they invest a lot in looking for a right person to fit in to the team.
