Extremely convoluted and disrespectful of the candidate's time. In total, there were SEVEN phases for a non-managerial role, although after the fifth phase, I was told each following one would be the "last." At step five, I decided if offered I'd only work on a freelance basis. CEO and the marketing department seem to be running on vibes instead of process, which explains their middling content output in the last year. I don't think they actually ended up hiring anyone for the role.

Entrevista
The hiring process at Plytix is quite detailed and includes several steps.
It usually starts with an online application, followed by a short video presentation that candidates are asked to prepare before any live interview. Then comes a screening call with HR, and if that goes well, a case study with the hiring manager, a “triple interview” focused on culture, work, and cognitive fit, and finally a short call with the CEO.
The people I spoke with were polite and professional, but the process felt longer and more structured than expected for a company that promotes such a relaxed and friendly culture. It takes quite a bit of effort before you actually have a real conversation, and feedback isn’t always provided at the end — I only received a short rejection email after following up myself a week later.
It’s a bit of a pity that I didn’t get to move to the next stage, because the company’s culture and values truly sounded like a perfect match for me. I was genuinely excited about the opportunity to learn something new and grow within such an inspiring environment.
Overall, it’s a respectful but time-consuming process. My advice for future candidates: be ready to invest some time and patience, and don’t take the lack of feedback personally — it seems to be part of how their process works.

Entrevista
I successfully passed the screening processes. However, I was ultimately not selected for the position, as they were looking for someone with a less senior profile. Despite this, I highlight the professionalism and cordiality of the people I interacted with during the process. The interview was thorough and well-structured, which allowed me to appreciate their seriousness and commitment in the search for the ideal candidate.
