Entrevista
One interview with chief of staff, not with anyone with customer success background, followed by an in-depth multi-part assignment. The assignment includes making full project plans and if you make it past you are invited to a panel interview. Assignment given after first conversation was four questions that could take 8-10 hours to complete to the best of one’s ability but you’re only given three hours to get it done. After submission, it took over two weeks to get a standard rejection email with no feedback. If you ask candidates to put in so much time and work after the first interview, it’s extremely disappointing to have to not just ask for feedback multiple times but be told that there are thousands of applicants so there’s just no way to give you feedback. Disappointing and disrespectful for candidates in process.

Weird and disjointed interview process. Not prepared to interview, interviewers don't seem to know company's retention goals or targets (their role 100% dictates that they should), and lacking strategy and vision
