Do you like being interviewed by a person with two years' experience? Then Podium is the place for you . On the day that you use a PTO day to meet with the fresh talent managers, you will wait in the lobby for 20 minutes and your only option for reading material is a book on Japanese architecture. Next, you will be greeted by the teeny boppers and led in to a room where you will be asked to study a one sheet on metrics while they leave the room to go drink a red bull. When they come back, you will relay to them all the facts you memorized form the one sheet, and they will burp. Next, you'll have a quick tour back to the elevator where you look over and see the next interviewee fighting to stay awake as a result of reading to far into the book of Japanese architecture. You will then be sent a generic email the next day saying they're moving in a different direction. You will then laugh and thank them for their generosity in saving you.

What KPIs did you work with and how are you with them
I had a phone screen scheduled with a confirmation email and automated reminder, but the recruiter never called or responded to my follow-up email inquiring about the status of the interview. This level of unprofessionalism is disappointing from a global organisation. Candidates invest significant time and energy preparing for opportunities, and deserve basic courtesy and clear communication throughout the process. This experience raises serious concerns about the company's organisational culture and respect for prospective employees. I would strongly encourage the recruitment team to implement better communication protocols to prevent leaving candidates in limbo.
