      Entrevista

      The first part of the interview was with the CEO and Acting Head of Marketing. This was a brief, preliminary meeting for 30mins which was essentially a pre-interview. The second stage of the process was a 3 hours online test: The third part of the interview was in two sections. The first part was a 45 minute face to face panel interview. The second part was a written test with no internet connection and the organisation asked to take my mobile phone away from me for the duration of the test. This was a very unusual request.
