The first round was for 10 minutes long about my background and the second was for 15 minutes with two employees. They generally ask simple questions like basic interview questions.

A really long interview process, it involves an HR screen, another screening, technical interview, and a face to face interview. The management team does not know how time consuming this is considering the pay and the fact that prospective employees might have other responsibilities. I would avoid.
