I got connected to this opportunity through a recruiter. First round was talking to the HR. Asked about my background and kind of projects I worked on. Pretty typical first round HR stuff. Second round was talking to the Hiring Manager, a PM there. Asked about my experience and how I do research etc. Then they sent a take-home coding test. Basically a dataset that has some potential signals, and they wanted you to run some analysis and find good ones.
