Not sure if the whole HR team at point 72 is like that, but from the few responses I have received, they have some snotty, inconsiderate young ladies, all of which are either Indian or Chinese, who need some serious training on communicating with applicants. I would NOT be surprised if national origin was a determining factor in who gets an interview and who doesn't. Perhaps Point 72 could run an investigation of their hiring practices? How many NON-Asians applied, and what percentage were rejected outright? On the other hand, how many ASIAN applicants applied and what percentage of those were encouarged and moved to the next phase of the recruting process?
