I applied to the experienced academy program in HK. there were 4 rounds of interviews. 1.Video - 2.case study - 3.case debrief - 4.superday.
the case study is to prepare a stock pitch. (is it 30 words yet？)
First just submit a resume online. After a week i got a hirevue with questions to prepare ahead of time, first round HR interview 45 minutes, and then head of campus recruitment interview. I think they send out interviews on a weekly basis

Entrevista
Received a hirevue link and answer a pitch question prepared via the link. The HR interview is via a video platform. She was writing notes the whole time to record what I said. The interview lasted around 45 minutes with almost 10 small questions. It is pretty causal but still structured and they make feel very comfortable.
