I applied online for the Intermediate Software Engineer position and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening interview. The interview was scheduled, and I attended on the agreed date. I answered all the questions and was told that a coding interview with a software developer would be arranged. However, after that meeting, I never received any follow-up email with the interview details. I even sent a follow-up message to check on the status but never received a response. Unfortunately, I was ghosted after the initial screening.
