Entrevista
Very thorough. Went through five interviews. Questions were very pertinent and a lot had to do with cultural fit. Focus was mainly on people management style; however, there was also a very concentrated effort to establish whether I was technically capable and had a strong vision for the future.

The process was HR interview first , followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Disappointed with lack of follow up after interviews. For a company that claims to have a great culture, that certainly does not come through in the interview process.

Entrevista
Right from the beginning, PointClickCare set itself apart than other companies I was interviewing with. It did so in three key ways - 1) Everyone including the recruiter was very knowledgeable about my background and understood the fit (each member took the time to review my resume and a presentation I had sent at length); 2) everyone asked pertinent questions related to the role and my background; and finally 3) no time was wasted - the process was efficient and fast. I am extremely pleased with the process and will recommend PointClickCare to anyone looking to collaborate with smart yet humble coworkers.

Entrevista
I initially had a phone interview with the PCC recruiter. Following that, I had an in-person interview with the individual that the role reports directly to. Subsequent to that, I had an in-person interviews with five key individuals within the organization that the role would interact with. I also had an in person group interview with the four team members who report directly to this role.
