Fairly normal, although I believe I had a last minute extra phone interview that was a bit of a surprise. I wasn't grilled or anything it was just a request for a few last minute questions to help them make a final decision on final candidates. While I didn't need Glassdoor for this interview PointClickCare themselves was very helpful. They have a video that very informative on your interview alone (park here, you'll see these doors, go to the 4th florr, dress causal!...etc)
