tech questions were related to all aspects of database and sql server. cannot pass it without solid foundation and experience. team even gave a real example to detect issues on er design. i paased it easily. i was not sure why i failed on 2nd round with vp interview - it gave me an impression that he didn't take it seriouly. he was even late for the interview which was just booked for half an hour. i felt they were not ready to hire the new position yet - at least they don't know how to define it properly to fit their existing environment.
