Applied for position. Waited a week. Determined their e-mail address format, found a name on LinkedIn, e-mailed that Recruiter to get looked at. That recruiter forwarded my information to another recruiter who was extremely helpful.

Room was to be filled with four people covering varying areas of the company and I was to present my information on a technical product. The four people were very knowledgable, very approachable. On par with other funded startups I've had experiences with.

Entrevista
I was contacted by PokitDok's Talent Acquisition Recruiter, via LinkedIn, asking if I was interested to learn more about their current opportunities. I agreed and we spoke by phone 3 days later. On our call she provided a basic description of the role and the current situation of the team/company. At the conclusion of our call she asked that I provide my availability for the remainder of the week so that she could schedule a time for the hiring manager to speak with me. I provided my availability for the remainder of the week and never received a response. I then reached out the following week offering to provide additional dates and times. It has now been 4 weeks with no reply - it is apparent that they are not moving forward. I consider this to be an inconsiderate communication failure. At least have the professional decency to reply to my email and explain that I'm not an appropriate fit and therefore you do not wish to proceed.
Update: after submitting my initial Glassdoor review the recruiter contacted me and profusely apologized - explaining that they were in the process of updating the job description and re-evaluating their needs. I greatly appreciate that the recruiter took ownership of the situation and provided a sincere apology. She also coordinated a call with the current TPM so that I could learn more about the role.
