le processus était long et je n'ai pas trouvé les questions pertinentes, je pense qu'il y'a de l'amélioration au niveau des procsssus d'embauche, cependant le recruteur était très sympathique je reverrais simplement le processus global

Wildcards, que fais tu dans ces circonstances:
un gros client quitte parce que nous ne livrons pas dans les délais;
un client ne veut pas faire affaire avec une cie canadienne
on veut développer des projets et une offre V2G: un client veut signer mais la fonctionnalité n'est encore à point dans l'outil;
un client expérience des problèmes avec sa recharge, cela lui arrive fréquemment et le client n'est pas content. Les causes réelles semblent liées à la gestion de la recharge par l'autobus plutôt que software;

Entrevista
Had a recruiter reach out regarding this position. The recruiter was just starting to work with this company. Scheduled the 1st phone call interview with HR. They never called, took time away from work that day to be available. Let the recruiter know and they reached out directly. The HR rep was tied up on another call, so just no showed. Went ahead and scheduled a 2nd call, waited 10/15 mins no call. Now the HR person contacts late that their computer ended up doing updates and they could not get to their email. Understandable but also sad that they wouldn't make it a priority to have the number available, use their company work phone to try and get the contact information. Then was told during the interview that they would set up another interview with department head via teams, then did another interview in person with same person. It was extremely unorganized, not handled professionally at all, should have paid closer attention to the red flags.
