Very smooth process, I enjoyed everyone I communicated with along the way. One on campus interview, one on site, both pretty basic behavioral questions. Show knowledge and passion for the industry

Entrevista
I initally met a recruiter on Campus, I then had 1 campus interview with a strategic question and drawing out my process of thinking, then I had a fly out and did a 5 rounds of 30 minute interviews with 1-2 individuals in the room. I felt they we're there to help me and answer my questions as much as they were there to ask me questions.

Applied through campus software, got an interview, went to info session, interviewed with HR Manager. I made it to the final round, before I left I was sent IQ and personality tests which took roughly 2 hours to complete. Math, spelling, vocab, brain teasers, pretty basic. Flew out to Minnesota for final round. Put up in nice hotel, had a rental car, ~$50 / day for meals, airport parking reimbursed. Met at Medina facility where a light breakfast was served. A company overview was given as we ate, I then had interviews with 6 people. 2 Logistics / Operations, 2 HR 1 VP 1 new hire. 4-5 hours of back-to-back interviews. Reimbursed for expenses, took about two weeks to get the check after submission.
