Two Stages to the interview process
There was an Immersive Assessment online that had mainly multiple choice questions.
Final Stage was an Online Assessment Centre.
With role play activities, an interview and a review.

Online assessment which was pretty straight forward. Unlimited time so you could think about your answers. I have the next interview next week which is a group assessment with a individual interview afterwards.

Entrevista
The assessment centre is intense but a good overall experience. You receive a really detailed (8 page) feedback report regardless of the outcome, which is useful for understanding you strengths/weaknesses not only for this job, but more generally too.
