The entire application process was very long and drawn out and didn’t align with the targeted dates cited in the application form. After submitting my application I didn’t hear anything back for 4 weeks when I got an email to say I’d been invited for interview. The interview itself focused on the core competencies of the role and questions were directed solely towards these. Applicants were advised to use the STAR technique to give specific examples in their answers. The panel itself were quite cold and not very welcoming. They had a stopwatch which ticked loudly on the table in front of me which didn’t exactly help ease any nerves.
