They contacted me more than a month after I submitted my application to schedule an HR interview, which was not particularly challenging. Following this, I was invited to the next stage: a three-hour assignment. This step was quite demanding and consisted of multiple questions and tasks. I completed the assignment and submitted it in full. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication afterward. I did not receive any confirmation that my submission had been received, or any updates. After sending a follow-up email, I still received no response. This feels extremely unprofessional. At the very least, a brief acknowledgment or rejection should be the bare minimum.
