Got the interview because I knew someone there. Interview panel comprised 1 HR and 1 IT manager. "Template" questions from the HR. Felt like they were just going through the motions, probably because an employee referred me. Overall easy to average interview

Technical questions: One question about MVC and a design pattern in PHP - forget which one, told to write fairly basic SQL query to join 2 tables.
