Interview is as easy as it gets. Mostly common sense and how reliable you are to show up and work. There is not a very hard thing about this and the quarry supervisor is good.

Bait and switch. Interviewed for Plant Engineer and got an offer immeadiately after for another role. So they knew before interviewing. They also wanted me to start immediately. They want people with experience but pay them less than entry level standard.
