Applied at BYUH's PCC HR window. Had to fill out some paperwork inside about work availability and answer some q's (don't remember what). HR called me back, and I got an interview with Tipa/Jimmy. Waited to hear back. Kept checking the HR job list by the window every day. Saw my name one day= Got hired. Talked to HR, got my paperwork, took my form to PCC's back gate, went to the TG office. Started training. Gave tours!

It went well, the interview was not too hard, I applied online, did take interview after that. I think it is helpful if you know people who are working there currently to get in.

Easy. You meet with the manager after being invited for an interview, and they ask you behavioral based questions. They are gauging how you're going to interact with guests, and what your personality is like.
