Allgemeine Fragen zum Profil (Pensum, Wünsche, …), genauere Vorstellung der Stelle, Möglichkeit für Fragen, Besprechung der Anstellung, allgemeine Fragen bezüglich weiteren Stellen in der Zukunft (ich habe für alle Einsätze (für verschiedene Stellen) nur ein Interview gehabt)

Entrevista
Einfach und gemütlich. Die meisten sind Studenten oder ehemalige Studenten und arbeiten jetzt bei Poolside. Sie haben vorhin einen Persönlichkeitstest gemacht und schicken diese dann zum möglichen Arbeitgeber nachdem sie diesen mit dir besprochen haben. Aber achtung es ist ein Vermittlungsbüro und wie alle Vermittlungsbüros wird von der Firma viel mehr gezahlt als wie du am Schluss bekommst.

Entrevista
I applied online through their Database link. The next day (Friday) the Head of Recruiting called me to ask some basic questions and to agree a Skype interview as well as a short personality test. The interview was scheduled for the next Monday... everything went really fast!
The Skype interview lasted about 30 minutes and I felt really comfortable with the recruiter we spoke smoothly and she seemd very interested in what I was telling her. She told me they were going to contact their client and that I would have an interview for them as the last step of the process. I am now waiting for the quotation.
