I applied online through LinkedIn. I received and email and phone call the next day regarding an interview the following day. After going back and forth to find a time to meet with them I declined to finish the "interview process." After some research I have determined that this is a misleading process of finding candidates for a sales job. This in no way was an interview for a marketing position that required "developing, supporting and executing field marketing and segment activities."

First they call you and set up and appointment, then in less that 5 min ask you the regular questions (how do you see in 5 years, etc). and then tells you that they will call you by phone. After that they send you to Sam's and do the second interview right there. I did get the job but I cant work during weekends and after 6pm I have kids!!!! And the pay it;s very low.
