I had to go through three different interviews. They included: phone, skype and one on one. The skype interview was a bit alarming because the person I interviewed with never showed their face while skyping. The last interview was exciting because I was flown into another state. The person who interviewed me last was very personable and originally sold me on the job right then and there. Little did I know, I was pretty much being set up for failure by this person.
