It was great. There was an initial phone interview, then a zoom and then with my team lead. From there, we did a last interview and that was great. I learned a lot about the role and who I would be working for.

The conversations with leadership were quite informal and conversational, which felt more similar to a startup-style process than a typical large tech interview structure. The role was advertised as hybrid, although in practice it appears to be largely remote with some field sales responsibilities.
Ultimately, the founders and the company vision were what made the opportunity compelling. However, the interview process felt somewhat unstructured at times, which may not suit every candidate. As the company continues expanding internationally, the process may benefit from some adjustments to better align with expectations from candidates in different regions.

Entrevista
The interview process was very smooth and enjoyable.
I applied online, had the first interview with Head of People, followed by an in person meeting with CEO and quickly followed by a meeting with COO. I was impressed with their commitment to meeting face to face, even though they are a US based company.
The interviews were casual, made me feel at ease with a good balance of questions about my experience and the opportunity for me to ask questions.
