One of the recruitment team members from Poppulo contacted me after reviewing my profile on linkedin. I maintain my profile updated on LinkedIn to aid recruiters in selecting better opportunities. I sent my CV same night to the recruiter via LinkedIn and then waited for a reply. There was a total radio silence for the next 5 days and then I got an automated reply saying that they wouldn't want to proceed with my CV. If there is no human touch at the start of the recruitment process then I am not sure how much they would care once you are employed. I am not sure how this company with a third class recruitment process became a great place to work.
