The people I spoke to were really friendly and I enjoyed the conversations themselves but the interview process felt quite disorganised. The first interview was sort of like a HR screen and technical screen in one and it wasn't always clear what kind of answers were expected. There were also timing issues, with one interviewer being quite late which meant the interview ran over and I didn’t get a chance to ask my own questions. They were very apologetic about it though. For the second stage, I was told to expect to briefly talk through an algorithm and then mostly focus on android technical questions but it ended up being a full DSA-style coding interview. That wasn’t clearly communicated in advance so I felt a bit ambushed and couldn't perform at my best. Overall, the team seems nice but the process itself felt chaotic. Clearer communication and a more structured interview flow would have made a big difference.
