Entrevista
I sent in a resume via Craigslist. I was immediately invited for an interview, and given a job offer the next week. The interview was short and implied they needed me more than usual. They were desperate, and I accepted the entry-level position to gain experience. My boss immediately appreciated me, and managed to keep me from looking for another company over the summer.

Entrevista
Referred by a friend currently in the company. The interview was very simple. They hardly asked any questions, and offered me the job right after the interview. They give a tour of the facilities to everyone, and briefly explain how things work. Very low stress (unlike the job).
