The interview consited of 3 stages. 1 stage - intervew with HR and head of engineering (common questions experience, expectations etc) 2 stage - homework. Some R&D technical tasks examples to do at home 3 stage - reviewing the homework and technical intervew with a TeamLead The interview and selection process was really transparent and interesting.
