I had five interviews and submitted my references. They cancelled my second in-person interview at the last minute, then rescheduled it but showed up over an hour late. Eventually, they decided to have an intern do the work instead—totally not serious, just wasting my time.

I completed five rounds of interviews and was asked to submit references, which I did promptly. Then I heard nothing for over a week. When I followed up, I was told they hadn’t reached my references and had already hired someone else. It seems the company made a decision without informing me or completing the process. Unprofessional and disrespectful of candidates’ time and effort.
