At first, there was a call with a current developer who introduced the company. Then I was asked to complete an offline coding challenge, which I did successfully. Then I was invited to another coding challenge - online this time with another software engineer. It was also completed successfully and in the required time frame. After this, there was an interview with the head of engineering. After our conversation, I just received an email from the head of engineering stating that they decided to pass on my candidacy. It was also emphasized that they remain available if I have any questions, comment or feedback about their process. I definitely immediately tried to ask what was the main reason for the decision and maybe this information would help me to improve anything, however, I've never received any other emails from this company since that for about 4 months at the time. So mixing feelings.
