Interview Details:
1. Called by HR after candidature inquiry like experience and skills on phone conversation as they filter the CV from Job Portal Site
2. In conversation they set the considering comfort of candidate
3. First they take written test and their question paper covers a large scope of required job profile. The questions are objective type but neither very easy nor very tough but each questions are very wisely crafted to particular job profile as per requirement
4. After qualifying the written test, there were two technical rounds before HR round. Role and support of HR was full time from beginning to end and it was very polite.
5. In first technical round, there was an interview panel of two people having strong technical knowledge not only from their job profile even surroundings also. In each step they support to interviewee if there is any nervousness or uncomforting and make environment very smooth.
6. They feel their moral responsibility and provide a hope of better opportunity ahead even any candidate not qualified their rounds. Interviewee never feel after this healthy discussion that he becomes failed to qualify the interview rounds.
