It's more of the employer trying to sell you to wanna work there. They swear that everyone one wants to work there. They make it seem that they are #1 employer in the OC and received the FRED award. Also they don't run a background check or drug test. After being hired they make you take a survey so that they receive the best place to work in the OC.
