Thanks for your review. While we don't recognise some of the aspects you mentioned (i.e. we don't have an HR Manager onsite and each of our interviewers ask questions around different topics as a rule), we will of course take this feedback on board and genuinely apologise for you not receiving feedback within a timeframe you felt appropriate. We take candidate experience very seriously and pride ourselves on consistent communication throughout. We have a detailed interview process but not a long one, and we are happy with this. We believe candidates should be given time to meet various people to get a true insight into our business, and ask questions at each stage to make a fully informed decision. The process is 2-3 stages in total, which is standard in the Recruitment industry. We then make a decision within 24 hours of the final stage.
