After 3 interviews the HR manager didnt even call me to five feedback only when I called him he gave feedback

What motivates you? Literally the same old questions
Thanks for your review. While we don't recognise some of the aspects you mentioned (i.e. we don't have an HR Manager onsite and each of our interviewers ask questions around different topics as a rule), we will of course take this feedback on board and genuinely apologise for you not receiving feedback within a timeframe you felt appropriate.
We take candidate experience very seriously and pride ourselves on consistent communication throughout. We have a detailed interview process but not a long one, and we are happy with this. We believe candidates should be given time to meet various people to get a true insight into our business, and ask questions at each stage to make a fully informed decision. The process is 2-3 stages in total, which is standard in the Recruitment industry. We then make a decision within 24 hours of the final stage.

4 stages and does drag a little. Delay in gettin back to you but easily one of the most interactive ones that I ave done. Nice interviewer but could have listened more

Entrevista
I started off with a telephone conversation and being asked to come in for a friendly chat. I then came in and was spoken through the company by 3 Directors and the owner. This was a general chat for them to get to know me and for me to get to know them and the company. I was then told they'd like to see me again. At this point I was told to create a presentation on my initial marketing plan and ideas for the company I wanted to implement.
