Same process as from mentioned years before. Seemed to be very critical of small items and even when asking clarifying questions they wouldn’t give a full answer. Had 2 out of the 4 interviews be rescheduled last minute. Final interview with partner was rescheduled almost 3 times for no reason only to figure out he was on a non-communicated vacation. Unprofessional at the end of last interview asking for salary not to waste everyone’s time for approval after going through 4 rounds of interviews. Look elsewhere as pay is extremely low compared to other firms.

1. Initial chat with manager to understand fit and role. 2. Excel based analytical test which was ok if you can use vlookup and pivots and apply some logical thinking to questions. 3. Face to face Interview / Case Study - some consulting / procurement type problems and estimation questions 4. Final Interview with Director / Partner
