Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Portland Internetworks em mai. de 2022

3 Different interview levels, Initial, technical and "cultural" interview. Pretty much aced every single level of it but was turned down as I didn't show enough enthusiasm for this company that I have never worked for. I guess the taking days off to do 3 different interviews with this company didn't show enough enthusiasm? Nor did me applying to this company several times. I recommend that if you do through this ringer of an interview process that you at least act like all you care about is Portland Internetworks. Don't mention any sort of life outside of working,as this company they seemingly want you to spend all your time outside of work with your coworkers. Seems like a lot of cool people working here but just doesn't seem to have the same respect for your time as you do for them.

Phone screen and three rounds of in person interviews and then a week waiting, later followed by a non-hire post mortem. Long process and a lot of effort and time but it was a compelling position and organization.

They asked a lot about intangible qualities and how I would fit into the social dynamic of the organization

The process took over two months. 6 interviews with various people. Met 30% of the company just by interviewing. They have no idea what is going on internally, it's a mess. They have a good facade but don't be tricked. Two interviews were done by two recently been promoted from technical roles. They have no idea how to interview as they've never done it before. One of them sat quiet the whole time.
Employees I've met over the weeks of going in were so excited and was hoping I'd come on board. Then came the kicker, they set you up to fail the final interview. Told me to not take it seriously and that it wasn't technical at all. Turned out to be highly technical and apparently wanted it to be taken seriously as it was a mock scenario. I hope the CEO realizes the COO he hired is destroying the company from the inside out. I would have worked here a year ago but now I'd never. Job description is full of micromanagement such as "show up to work on time," that should be a given. They reward people for going to culture events, they are optional but really not if you want to succeed.
Avoid like the plague unless you enjoy micromanagement and dysfunction.

Doesn't matter. They lie to you about what skills they are looking for. You'll have better luck gambling than getting an offer as they have no idea what they want.
