A one-to-one interview with the professor. The student must have a GPA over 3.00 and maintain it over the year. Very casual and friendly environment depending on the hiring professor.

Entrevista
Mostly based on the advisor I applied to. Sent in an application and was invited to fly in for an interview. The interview portion itself was pretty brief - maybe an hour or so with the primary advisor - but the entire process lasted a day and a half. I received an officer within a week of the visiting day.
