I first saw the job posting on Glassdoor where I then applied on the company site. After completing the application, I received an email for a phone interview.
The phone interview was about 20-30 minutes long. They start off with general questions and then transition into customer service related questions. I highly suggest studying these questions on Glassdoor before the phone interview. It really helped out! About 3-4 days after my phone interview I received an email for a in-person interview at the headquarters.
Their headquarters is really impressive! A lot of open space and everyone seemed genuinely happy. I then waited about 10 minutes for the first of 3 interviewers that I’d meet with. Each interview went very well, once again I suggest preparing answers for the questions posted on Glassdoor it really helped. All of them asked me the same questions with a different spin on it. Be prepared to catch that. After meeting with the third person I had to write out an email response for a difficult shopper. They also give you a brain teaser which I’m guessing is to see how creative you are.
Overall the interview process was really great! I have not received feedback yet from my interview, I suggest to not get comfortable during the interview. I previously read here from a person who didn’t get the job because they got comfortable in the interview. I remained focused and well prepared for anything they had to ask me and I could sense they could see that from me. Other than that I there’s nothing wrong with the place. Seems like an amazing work environment.
