I first had an initial round of discussion with the HR , she later scheduled my interview for a face to face discussion. She outlined the expectations and the role in details and was quite transparent with her approach. The questions revolved around both industry and functional knowledge. A very pleasant & informative experience as they have a different view of looking at things. Well coordinated and later received a feedback email as well. A tip for everyone , know your CV well....

The entire interview process appeared to be very targeted to push down the "Positive Moves is better than others" agenda. While there were hardly any question related to competencies, the interviewer already had a strong impression about the candidates coming from bigger firms in the industry. Most questions were centered around the target client companies and formed no base or relation to the work at hand. some of the questions were even quite targeted and in a way demeaning.
